Picking the perfect destination for their engagement was no easy feat — countless romantic destinations, limited vacation time, and the struggle-is-real challenge of finding the perfect place to please for Yosuke and Sylvia. But seems like their love for the outdoors resolves it all!
Whereto? Of course, to the beauteous island of Pandananon, Bohol. This captivating island's long stretch of pristine white coast and crystalline blue water made it the perfect spot for their romantic prelude to forever. Yosuke fell in love with the ravishing beauty of the island just like how she adores his soon-to-be wife Sylvia. Nothing compares the picturesque scenery as the couple frolicked on the beach with waves pounding on their feet, not to mention the sun that seems to kiss their pinkish white skin. What comes out in the photographs was nothing but moments of love, romance, and timeless beauty of this honeymooner's paradise.
In this sweet concourse, I tried to capture the intimacy between Yosuke and Sylvia, so when they leaned into a kiss and held-hand, I used the shot on a close-up and I got in as close as I could to capture something very candid yet perfect. This was a beach engagement session, and the light was beautifully diffused near the sunrays, which created that glow around them. This wonderful time I've spent with this Japanese couple has been more than an unforgettable adventure. With these photos, who say Princess Ariel and Prince Eric only exist in a fairy tale?
